Walking rivers – Rio Douro caminhada de 6 KM

Movimento WALKING RIVERS 2026 – um evento internacional para aproximar as pessoas dos rios! Organizado por Renato Lainho (fotografo de Natureza) e RIOS+ este evento gratuito e sem necessidade de inscrição será uma caminhada da Ponte Dom Luís até a Foz do Rio Douro, seguindo sempre pela margem. O convívio será dedicado á interpretação dos sons do Rio (temática deste ano) assim como diversas pausas para observar a fauna/flora e conversar sobre tudo que surja relacionado com o fantástico DOURO!

WALKING RIVERS 2026 Movement – an international event to bring people closer to the rivers! Organized by Renato Lainho (nature photographer) and RIOS+, this free event, with no registration required, will be a walk from the Dom Luís Bridge to the mouth of the Douro River, always following the riverbank. The gathering will be dedicated to interpreting the sounds of the river (this year’s theme) as well as several pauses to observe the fauna/flora and talk about everything related to the fantastic DOURO!
