Family Constellations is a powerful methodology designed to help you uncover and release deep-seated patterns that may be holding you back in your relationships, emotions, and life as a whole. These patterns often stem from unresolved traumas or unprocessed emotions passed down through generations.
In this Healing Circle, we will explore these dynamics, offering a space for healing and transformation. Through group or individual sessions, you’ll:
• Release blockages that limit your ability to experience healthy relationships.
• Heal generational burdens that impact your emotional well-being and connections with others.
• Cultivate empathy, self-love, and compassion for yourself and those around you.
Restore balance in your relationships, promoting deeper understanding and harmony.
In this Healing Circle, we will explore these dynamics, offering a space for healing and transformation.
Our healing circle will unfold as follows:
🌬️ Breathwork Session: We will begin with grounding breathwork to align body, mind, and spirit.
🌀 3 Constellations: A unique opportunity to explore family dynamics and uncover transformative insights.
If you wish to explore your unconscious heritage, you can share your theme on the day. The constellation will be guided by resonance, selecting whose family system to work with. Regardless of who is the constellate, everyone participating will experience healing of similar patterns within their own system.
Whether you are constellating, representing, or observing, this event offers profound healing and transformative insights for everyone involved.
✨ Closing Circle with Mantra: We will chant a mantra to integrate the experiences and anchor the healing energy.

I’m Soraia Neves, therapist at Terapeuta3Corpos. Through my own healing journey, I explored many tools that transform lives.
Family Constellations stood out as one of the most effective methods for self-awareness and empowerment. After experiencing its transformative power, I took the leap to become a certified Facilitator of this wonderful therapy.
Having facilitated hundreds of constellations, I continue to grow with those who dare to be authentic, vulnerable, and look at their shadows and family dynamics with love.
