E com ela chega mais um evento Catarse – Histórias Reais no Espaço Cultural Jubilant, edição de abril com o tema: Liberdade🌹

Venha contar uma história de libertação, de respiro, de encontro e reencontro pessoal. Seja LIVRE para interpretar o tema da forma que lhe faça sentido ✨

O evento tem como objetivo incentivar pessoas a partilharem histórias reais, em formato de apresentação em palco, num ambiente seguro e acolhedor.

COMO FUNCIONA?

1) Contaremos com um máximo de 10 histórias.

2) A duração de cada história deverá situar-se entre 5 e 10 minutos.

3) Cada participante pode escolher qualquer história significativa da sua vida que vá de encontro com o tema do evento.

4) As histórias devem ser reais, pessoais e respeitadoras, ou seja, não será permitido qualquer conteúdo discriminatório.

COMO PARTICIPAR?

1) Envie-nos uma DM para que possamos incluí-lo(a) na lista de contadores de histórias.

2) Em alternativa, pode enviar um e-mail para projeto.catarse.porto@gmail.com.

3) As inscrições serão aceites por ordem de envio.

4) Caso o número de inscritos ultrapasse as 10 pessoas, será criada uma lista de espera.

And with it comes another Catarse event – Real Stories at the Jubilant Cultural Space, April edition with the theme: Freedom 🌹

Come and tell a story of liberation, of breathing, of personal encounter and rediscovery. Feel FREE to interpret the theme in whatever way makes sense to you ✨

The event aims to encourage people to share real stories, in a stage presentation format, in a safe and welcoming environment.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1) We will have a maximum of 10 stories.

2) The duration of each story should be between 5 and 10 minutes.

3) Each participant can choose any significant story from their life that aligns with the event’s theme.

4) The stories must be real, personal and respectful, meaning that no discriminatory content will be allowed.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

1) Send us a DM so we can include you on the list of storytellers.

2) Alternatively, you can send an email to projeto.catarse.porto@gmail.com.

3) Registrations will be accepted in order of submission.

4) If the number of registrants exceeds 10 people, a waiting list will be created.
