Sobre o Passeio:
Massarelos é uma terra rica em história e tradição, e este percurso leva-nos a explorar suas gentes e lugares. O passeio começa na Torre de Pedro Sem, onde se fala sobre os Terenas, Monfalins e Brandões, e segue até à Capela do Senhor da Boa Nova, que ainda conserva as tradições religiosas da região. A caminhada passa também pelas Quintas na Rua de Entre-Quintas, onde a vida rural se mistura com a urbana, e nos faz recuar até à Via Vetera, a antiga estrada romana que ligava comunidades e facilitava o comércio. O percurso termina na Alameda de Massarelos, com novas histórias à espera.

Material necessário:

• Calçado adequado para caminhada
• Chapéu (se o tempo estiver solarengo)
• Agasalho/impermeável (se o tempo estiver frio ou com chuvisco)

About the Tour:
Massarelos is rich in history and tradition, and this walk takes you through its people and places. Starting at the Torre de Pedro Sem, you will learn about the Terenas, Monfalins, and Brandões, and discover the legend of the Capela do Senhor da Boa Nova, which still preserves local religious traditions. The walk also explores the Quintas on Rua de Entre-Quintas, where rural life intertwines with the urban. You will also learn about the Via Vetera, the ancient Roman road that connected communities and facilitated trade. The walk concludes at the Alameda de Massarelos, with more stories to come.
