Sinopse:
Num mundo fantástico rigidamente dividido entre personagens principais, secundárias e outtakes, Paula enfrenta o desafio mais importante da sua vida: provar que tem o que é preciso para ser uma personagem principal. Paula anseia por uma vida glamorosa, cheia de música e emoções, diferente da sua mãe, que trabalha como personagem secundária nos bastidores. Ao explorar as margens da sociedade, Paula encontra os desprezados e oprimidos outtakes, que são retratados como figuras quebradas, lutando por sua sobrevivência num mundo injusto. Este filme aborda as dinâmicas sociais de poder e identidade de forma crítica e satírica.
Após a exibição, haverá um espaço para debate entre o público e especialistas convidados.

Synopsis:
In a fantastical world strictly divided into main characters, secondary characters, and outtakes, Paula faces the most important challenge of her life: she must prove she has what it takes to be a main character. Paula longs for a glamorous life filled with her own narrative, exciting scenes, and music—not like her mother, who works as a secondary character behind the scenes. As she investigates, she finds the despised and oppressed outtakes, people with film errors living on the fringes of society. However, instead of encountering dangerous rebels, she meets broken figures with genuine emotions, struggling to survive in an unjust world. This debut film by Sophie Linnenbaum critiques social order, class, and identity, leading them to absurdity.
After the screening, there will be an opportunity for a debate between the audience and invited experts.
