No domingo, 9 de março de 2025, às 10h00, acontece a Petrus Run, um evento desportivo de atletismo com uma prova de 10 km pelas ruas de Pedroso. Este evento tem a particularidade de terminar o percurso na pista de atletismo do Estádio Jorge Sampaio.
A 10ª edição da Petrus Run é organizada pela Junta de Freguesia de Pedroso e Seixezelo, em colaboração com o Clube Spiridon de Gaia e o Clube de Atletismo “Os Gaienses”. Além da competição, o evento tem um caráter solidário, com a realização de uma caminhada de 5 km, sendo que parte da inscrição será destinada a uma associação local.

On Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the Petrus Run will take place, a 10 km athletics event through the streets of Pedroso. The event has the special feature of ending at the Jorge Sampaio Stadium Athletics Track.
The 10th edition of the Petrus Run is organized by the Pedroso and Seixezelo Parish Council, in collaboration with the Spiridon de Gaia Club and the “Os Gaienses” Athletics Club. In addition to the competition, the event has a charitable aspect, with a 5 km walk whose part of the registration fee goes to a local association.
