PS1. Se trouxeres uma manta e tapete de yoga, toda a experiência será seguramente mais prazerosa. PS2. Recordamos que o início da sessão será pontual (18h00) para criar um melhor estado de harmonia. Dessa forma recomendamos que venhas 15 minutos antes do início.
