Hamlet, Hannah and I – Teatro do Bolhão
Hamlet, Hannah and I é um monólogo a três vozes, solilóquios em torno da coragem de «ser», ou «inserir-se no mundo», utilizando a expressão de Hannah Arendt, e «começar uma história própria». Confrontando o seu medo do palco, a atriz insiste na récita do texto da tragédia intemporal de William Shakespeare, mesmo quando tudo parece ruir, enquanto Hannah Arendt faz as suas observações impiedosas, mas profundamente humanistas, na perspetiva da condição humana.
Hannah and I is a monologue for three voices, centred around the courage «to be», or to «insert oneself into the world» as Hannah Arendt might say, and «begin a story of ones own.» An actor confronts her own stage-anxiety while insisting on going through with a performance of Shakespears timeless tragedy, even when everything seems to fall apart, while Hannah Arendt makes her merciless but deeply humanistic observations seen from the perspective of «the human condition.»
