After your ONLINE TICKET purchase you will receive a confirmation email regarding your ticket. You will not receive a physical or digital ticket just yet. On the day of the show you just have to show your ID Card to our staff at the Hardclub ticket office and your name will be there, together with your reservation. A physical Ticket and a Bracelet will be given to you then.
