Filme Concerto – Marés, com os The Banksy’s

Ilda Teresa de Castro e Vítor Rua constituem o duo de música Telectu, mas aqui irão surgir com o seu recente projeto, The Banksy’s, que se situa no universo da música que não se define por género e estilo. Antes, propõe uma viagem sonoro-imagética que se desenvolve através da linguagem única que criaram, com base nas suas experiências enquanto indivíduos e artistas. Som, ecologia e música cruzam-se no palco do Batalha, num espetáculo que promete surpreender pequenos e graúdos. Uma atmosfera de música e vídeo, onde o mar e o antigo Porto ondulam juntos num ritmo fabuloso.

Os filmes escolhidos retratam um Porto cheio de histórias peculiares, onde se confundem tradições, símbolos e as suas gentes, fixadas em títulos como “Vinho do Porto”, “De Sol a Sol”, ou “O Naufrágio do ‘Veronese’”. Um mergulho no passado com a frescura do presente.

O IndieJúnior Porto – Festival Internacional de Cinema Infantil e Juvenil do Porto, terá lugar de 23 a 29 de Janeiro no Batalha Centro de Cinema, Biblioteca Municipal Almeida Garrett, Casa das Artes, Coliseu Porto Ageas, Maus Hábitos e Reitoria da Universidade do Porto.

Ilda Teresa de Castro and Vítor Rua are the music duo Telectu, but here they will appear with their recent project, The Banksy’s, which is situated in the universe of music that is not defined by genre and style. Rather, it proposes a sound-imagetic journey that develops through the unique language they have created, based on their experiences as individuals and artists. Sound, ecology and music intersect on the stage of Batalha, in a show that promises to surprise children and adults alike. An atmosphere of music and video, where the sea and the old port undulate together in a fabulous rhythm.

The chosen films portray a Port full of peculiar stories, where traditions, symbols and its people mix, fixed in titles like “Port Wine”, “From Sun to Sun”, or “The Shipwreck of the ‘Veronese'”. A dive in the past with the freshness of the present.

IndieJunior Porto – International Children and Youth Film Festival of Porto, will take place from January 23rd to 29th at Batalha Film Center, Biblioteca Municipal Almeida Garrett, Casa das Artes, Coliseu Porto Ageas, Maus Hábitos and Reitoria da Universidade do Porto.
