🔍 Sobre a Exposição
Esta exposição é uma homenagem ao escritor Franz Kafka, realizada no âmbito do centenário da sua morte, e é concebida a partir do livro homónimo de Radek Maly (poeta e tradutor) e Renata Fucikova (ilustradora premiada).

A mostra faz um retrato da vida e obra de Kafka, destacando as suas raízes pessoais, culturais e religiosas, as suas relações com familiares e intelectuais, e os lugares marcantes na cidade de Praga, onde nasceu. Através de ilustrações a tinta negra, a exposição transmite a atmosfera angustiante presente nos textos de Kafka, bem como o ambiente misterioso e opressivo de Praga no seu tempo.

🔍 About the Exhibition
This exhibition pays tribute to Franz Kafka, held in the context of the centenary of his death. It is designed based on the book of the same name by Radek Maly (poet and translator) and Renata Fucikova (award-winning illustrator).

The exhibition traces the life and work of Kafka, highlighting his personal, cultural, and religious roots, his relationships with family and intellectuals, and the places that marked his life in Prague, his birthplace. The black ink illustrations convey the anguishing atmosphere of Kafka’s texts and the mysterious and oppressive environment of Prague during his time.
