ECSTATIC DANCE

Ecstatic is a body practice created by Gabrielle Toth in the late 70’s, which she describes as a Journey of the Soul through Dance, where moving the body, we nurture the heart and free the mind.

The experience could be understood as a Moving Meditation practice and will guide you in a deep inner dive revealing the magic of your rhythmic expressions.

It amplifies the vitality, supporting you in the great journey of opening the windows of your unique perceptions.

The musical curation and facilitation will be carried out by Marise Cardoso a.k.a. @djiiva, alma mater of Ser Super Sonic project | Awaken . Circulate. Vibrate |

Marise is a professional DJ with more than 20 years experience performing all over the world, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Sound Explorer and Researcher.

During the practice, silence is cultivated so that the careful selection of music provides a “trip” on the timeline, which begins softly and progressively intensifies until it reaches moments of catharsis, gradually returning to calm.

Come with comfortable clothes, bring your bottle of water, and your best smile.

First timer’s, “I don’t know how to dance” folks, movement lovers and all in beetwen are more than welcome!!
