Ecstatic Dance New Year Celebration

Em jeito de celebração, abrimos os caminhos do ano a plenos pulmões com o incrível Luís Breatho a expandir e a criar espaços internos através dum “breath activation” para descolarmos a mente e a deixar soltinha para fluir ao movimento dos sons sempre surpreendentes do nosso querido quase residente Dj B-File!

Com energias de início de ano e lua nova vamos fazer um trabalho profundo para ancorarmos as intenções para este novo ano que se avista de prosperidade, abundância, muita leveza e dança!

No final uma integração que nos guiará em paz rumo ao nosso destino!

In a celebration mood, we’ll open the paths of this year with our air-filled lungs by the master Luís Breatho that will guide us expanding and creating internal spaces through a “breath activation” to take off the mind and to flow into the movement and always amazing sounds of our dearest almost resident Dj B-File from @ecstaticdancecoimbra.

With the energies of new begginings and a new moon we will do a deep work to anchor the intentions for this year that carries prosperity, abundance, a lot of lightness and dance!

In the end an integration that will guide us in peace towards our destiny!
