Programa: 10h chegada, transporte de materiais e preparação do espaço 10h30 acender o fogo, preparação do altar e do inipi, cantos 12h roda de abertura 12h30 entrada no temazcal 15h00 roda de encerramento e partilha de alimentos (english below)

O Temazcal é uma cerimónia ancestral de banho de vapor (sauna) de purificação. No temazcal entramos de volta ao útero da mãe e recordamos e honramos a nossa natureza primordial de filhos da Terra e a nossa relação sagrada com os 4 elementos. Aqui limpamos os nossos corpos físico, mental, emocional e espiritual, sanando e libertando tudo o que já não nos serve para renascermos livres e alinhados com os nossos propósitos. Neste temazcal convidamos as crianças a virem conhecer este ritual, com uma porta dedicada à sua experiência e o altar preparado por elas. Teremos algumas propostas de atividades para se divertirem no nosso jardim enquanto continuar o resto do ritual.

O ritual será guiado por José Araguy (mais informação sobre o guia abaixo) com o apoio de Miguel Correia, Josa (homem fogo), Sofia Benvinda.

Tenta chegar pf pelas 10h para fazermos juntos toda a cerimónia, com abertura do fogo, a preparação do inipi e dos altares e para teres tempo para te conetares com a energia deste ritual e o teu propósito.

O que trazer para temazcal: – toalha – calções / pareo / biquini – oferenda para o altar: sementes, flores, frutos em pequena quantidade simbólica (facultativo) – oferenda para o guia: tabaco natural, cedro, sálvia, copal, pau santo (facultativo) – água, infusões, frutas e alimentos saudáveis para partilhar no final (facultativo) – um propósito individual para a cerimónia

Sobre o guia: José Seed Araguy (PT) realizou o seu caminho de 4 anos de busca de visão com a Abuela Margarita (México) e Santiago Andrade (Equador). Faz parte do Conselho de Busca de Visão da Associação do Fogo Sagrado de Itália (Nina Urku, Sicília). Dançante do sol e seguidor das tradições ancestrais do Fogo Sagrado de Itzachilatlan e do Sumak Kawsay. Homem fogo e portador de pipa sagrada, recebeu a benção das águas (permissão para guiar temazcais) em 2019.

Temazcal (or sweat lodge) is an ancient purification steam bath (sauna) ceremony. In the temazcal we enter back into ou mother’s womb and remember and honor our primordial nature as children of the Earth and our sacred relationship with the 4 elements. Here we clean our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, healing and releasing everything that no longer serves us to be reborn free and aligned with our purposes. And now, more than ever, is the right time to align ourselves with what we want to call for our lifes and the entire planet. In this temazcal we invite children to come and discover this ritual, with a door dedicated to their experience inside the womb of mother earth and the altar prepared by them. We will have some proposals for activities to enjoy in our garden while the rest of the ritual continues.

The ritual will be guided by José Seed Araguy with the support of Miguel Correia, Josa (fire man) and Sofia Benvinda.

Please try to arrive at 10h am so we can do the entire ceremony together, namely the opening of the fire, the preparation of the inipi and the altars and the connection with the energy of this ritual and our colective and individual purposes.

What to bring to temazcal: – towel – shorts / pareo / bikini – offering for the altar: seeds, flowers, fruits in small symbolic quantity (optional) – offering for the guide: natural tobacco, cedar, sage, copal, rosewood (optional) – water, infusions, fruits and healthy foods to share at the end (optional) – an individual purpose for the ceremony. we strongly advise you to bring a purpose to this ritual, because here we have the opportunity to put into the transmuting fire everything that we want to release or call for our lifes.

About the guide: José Seed Araguy (PT) carried out his 4-year Vision Quest path with Abuela Margarita (Mexico) and Santiago Andrade (Ecuador). He is part of the Vision Quest Council of the Sacred Fire Association of Italy (Nina Urku, Sicily). Sun dancer and follower of the Sacred Fire of Itzachilatlan and Sumak Kawsay traditions. Fireman and bearer of a sacred pipa, he received the blessing of the waters (permission to guide temazcal) in 2019.
