Catarse – Amor, encontros e afins

PT: É com muita alegria e entusiasmo que anunciamos a segunda edição do Catarse – Histórias Reais, no Espaço Cultural Jubilant.

E para aproveitar o mês de São Valentim, o evento terá como tema histórias de amor, encontros, desencontros e afins.

O evento tem como objetivo incentivar pessoas a partilharem histórias pessoais e reais, em formato de apresentação em palco, num ambiente seguro, acolhedor.

COMO FUNCIONA?
1) Contaremos com um máximo de 10 histórias.
2) A duração de cada história deverá situar-se entre 5 e 10 minutos.
3) Cada participante pode escolher qualquer história  significativa da sua vida que vá de encontro com o tema do evento.
4) As histórias devem ser respeitadoras, ou seja, não é permitido qualquer conteúdo discriminatório.
5) O evento é aberto para toda a gente, i.e. para aqueles que só querem assistir.

COMO PARTICIPAR?
1) Envie-nos uma DM para que possamos incluí-lo(a) na lista de contadores de histórias.
2) Em alternativa, pode enviar um e-mail para projeto.catarse.porto@gmail.com
3) As inscrições serão aceites por ordem de envio.
4) Casa o número de inscritos ultrapasse as 10 pessoas, será criada uma lista de espera.

EN: It is with great joy and enthusiasm that we announce the second edition of Catarse – Historias Reais, at the Espaço Cultural Jubilant.

And to celebrate Valentine’s month, the event will focus on love stories, encounters, missed connections…

The event aims to encourage people to share personal and real stories in a stage presentation format, in a safe and welcoming environment.

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

1) We will have a maximum of 10 stories. 

2) Each story should last between 5 and 10 minutes. 

3) Each participant can choose any meaningful story from their life that aligns with the event’s theme. 

4) Stories must be respectful, meaning no discriminatory content is allowed. 

5) The event is open to everyone, i.e., to those who just want to watch.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE? 

1) Send us a DM so we can include you on the list of storytellers. 

2) Alternatively, you can send an email to projeto.catarse.porto@gmail.com 

3) Registrations will be accepted in order of submission. 

4) If the number of registrants exceeds 10 people, a waiting list will be created.
