Além – Creative Movement Workshop in Porto!
For all the movement lovers, shakers, curious in embodiment, with experience and without, for literally anybody that has A BODY!
The journey is created for the participants to be able to unfold themselves. We strongly emphasise THE BODY as the absolute main tool to slowly peel layers and open ourselves and create from that “silent inner space”.
We hold so much, in our bodies, our minds, our clenched fists and jaws. The practices we offer help us return to our body with a purposeful softening. To loosen the grip of control and let go into the confident gentleness.
We offer the journey from the beginning till end. In a guided safe container held by three experienced facilitators: Kana Ote & Natalia Vik & Marta Golasz. 
The program includes gentle morning yoga, GAGA PEOPLE practice, Move Through practice and Creation Sessions. Both days are designed with similair intention – research, connection, expression and creation.
