Æffective Choreography investiga estruturas, políticas e práticas de intimidade. Calibra-se o tónus e o tempo com suavidade e lentidão e os performers criam uma textura de partilha e não de exibição. A membrana que separa público e privado vai se dissolvendo ao deixarem-se testemunhar em práticas reservadas à esfera íntima, narrativas de histórias autobiográficas e gestos que revelam o corpo na sua radicalidade. O ritmo da performance é intencionalmente lento para que a emergência de intimidade possa ser gradual, bem como a coreografia, que vai borrando a paisagem que distingue o corpo da performance e do público.

Æffective Choreography investigates structures, politics, and practices of intimacy. The tone and time are calibrated with gentleness and slowness, and the performers create a texture of sharing rather than display. The membrane separating the public and private dissolves as they allow themselves to be witnessed in practices reserved for the intimate sphere, autobiographical stories, and gestures that reveal the body in its radicality. The rhythm of the performance is intentionally slow so that the emergence of intimacy can be gradual, as well as the choreography, which blurs the landscape that distinguishes the body from the performance and the audience.
